As the first application of its kind, it enables users to modify exposure times after capturing images or videos, facilitating seamless blending of imagery that typically requires complex manual setup.

One of the longstanding challenges in achieving high-quality long exposures—precise timing of start and stop—often relies heavily on luck or meticulous preparation. Blendeo addresses this by empowering users with full control over exposure duration, removing reliance on external filters or extensive calculations involving shutter speed, aperture, or ISO settings. Users can record for up to five minutes or import existing footage to craft ideal long exposure effects with ease.

Using Blendeo involves a straightforward process:

<li>Choosing from blending modes: Motion Blur or Light Trails</li>
<li>Adjusting the Exposure Time dial</li>
<li>Scrubbing through the timeline for optimal blending results</li>
<li>Exporting the finished product as a photo, Live Photo, or video</li>
<li>Optionally sending content to Cinemagraph Pro for iOS to generate long exposure cinemagraphs</li>
</ul>

For photos, users can refine their work by:
<ul>
<li>Modifying the start frame through timeline indicators</li>
<li>Setting precise exposure durations ranging from 1/30 seconds up to five minutes</li>
</ul>

The video mode allows further adjustments:
<ul>
<li>Defining start and end frames via timeline trimming</li>
<li>Controlling exposure time similarly to photos, with durations from 1/30 seconds up to half of the total capture duration (maximum five minutes)</li>
<li>Adjusting playback speed for dynamic effects</li>
</ul>

The application excels in enabling both daytime and nighttime effects:

<li>MOTION BLUR BLENDING: Softening moving water and clouds, creating the illusion of high-speed movement in vehicles, ghostly shadows of pedestrians, or erasing transient objects in crowded scenes through extended exposure times.</li>

<li>LIGHT TRAILS BLENDING: Capturing star trails, streaks from aircraft or automobiles, amusement park illuminations, and fireworks displays—offering rich visual effects for night scenes.</li>
